I knew at an early age I wanted to play music! I got a drum kit at age 6! After having to move it from the attic to the basement EVERY TIME I wanted to play it, I learned that drums were NOT for me! I moved to clarinet in the 4th grade. Then the guitar and bass. It all went south from there.

LEE COMBOY
Lead Vocals

Lee started singing when she was 4 years old at local south Florida churches. She was involved in choir at school and multiple singing groups that competed regionally. She joined the Air Force and sang there too! She performed the National Anthem for multiple military events, and performed pop/rock with variety groups for special events & holiday functions.

Around 2015, she began her local music career as the lead singer for Danger Barbie and then Pop Stereo. With Thunderball, she will now co-lead sing for the first time in her musical journey! She will be adding flair and invigorating T-Ball with modern song choices that will ultimately make the performances an even more well-rounded, dynamic show!

KEVIN BAKER
KEVIN BAKER
Lead Guitar

Inspired to play guitar at the age of 13 by listening to local guitar players in Laurel M.D such as Dave Solentano (Check his You Tube Videos --- awesome player) and Marty Friedman (Megadeath), Laurel seemed to have so many great players while I was in growing up, along with learning to play the blues from my brother Mike Baker. I Played in local bands Lofton (with Jeff Reid from SR71 R.I.P my friend) and he was one of the most gifted players and ears around), Crash Nelson, Collide, and other projects locally. Played abroad with The Good Guys from Richmond V.A where we opened for the band Living Color overseas.

My biggest influences are in no particular order, Steve Stevens, Randy Rhoads, Ted Nugent,Carlos Santana, Al Dimeola, Chick Corea, Neal Schon, Patti Labelle, Zack Wylde, George Benson, David Sanborn, George Lynch, and many others from all genres. Learning how to play all styles is a key to being a complete guitar player. Of course like all my band mates I love to watch sports and movies. My love for all things Los Angeles is where the Big L.A comes from, The L.A. Lakers being my favorite sports team, along with my fav movies like the Godfather, Tombstone, Anchorman 1 and 2, Star Wars (Darth Vadar rules!) and so many others.

PATRICK WILKINS
PATRICK WILKINS
Bass Guitar

Born in Baltimore, I first started playing gospel music at the age of 12 years old through my teen years . I was and still am influenced by many musicians from local to national acts (too many to name).

I love learning and listening to many styles of music from R&B, Rock, Blues, Funk, Country and Jazz. A few of my favorite early gig memories are the many churches and schools that I played in my teen years. I stopped playing for about 15 years until I met Kevin Baker in a music store in 1999. We started a Blues/Rock band called Urban Rose. Other fun projects followed as the years rolled by.

I joined Thunderball April of 2012 and I am still enjoying myself.

One of my favorite quotes: I try to do good in the world not out of fear for hell or reward of heaven, but because it feels better not to be an asshole.

ANDY GRIGLOCK
ANDY GRIGLOCK
Keyboards & Vocals

Andy was originally a trumpet player, who went to college to study music theory for a long, long time, refusing to leave until they gave him a degree to prove that he was there. Then he went in the Army for a few years where as a military musician, he played TAPS (the most important gig EVER!) a LOT. After that, he moved to Maryland to teach music and to go back to school to study jazz. Along the way, he learned to do some singing, and play guitar and keyboards, all skills he honed while being the front man for "None the Wiser". His favorite music is "everything" He has watched "The Big Lebowski" at least fourteen times, feels sttrongly that Jeff Lynne belongs in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, and can recite the script from "The Godfather" upon request.
